I'm sure some of you have noticed that Alluring Reads has gone from drab to fab and it is all thanks to Rachel over at Parajunkee Design. I was lucky enough to receive a blog makeover for an honest review and let me tell you, Rachel did not disappoint AT ALL. The install was super easy, and all the wonderful graphics (banners, social icons, matching favicon and a super cute rater) that came along with the package are absolutely beautiful & simple to use. There was a great set of instructions included that made the set-up a breeze (even for someone who is HTML challenged such as myself!) Through her site you can get custom made templates as well as affordable buy now templates. Thank you Rachel! I can't even tell you how greatful I am! <3
Now I think the proper way to have a revamp is to of course hold a giveaway! (Notice the use of my brand spanking new giveaway banner) There are so many good books coming out this week but 2 of them are books that I have been waiting to get my hands on for quite some time. So, one winner will have their choice of winning EITHER Masque Of The Red Death by Bethany Griffin OR The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa
I would probably go with The Immortal Rules because it sounds so good! Love the new blog design! Parajunkee did a great job. The only thing though, I find the letters on the date banner a little small and hard to read (especially compared to everything else). Just my opinion! Besides that, everything looks great!
